6. Cancellation and Refund Policies

6.1 Appointment Cancellations

• Clients must cancel appointments at least  24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50

6.2 Refunds

• Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.
• Refunds for prepaid packages or memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SF Aesthetics MedSpa shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
